About Us

Adam and Shahna have been buying and selling homes in the Des Moines area since 1998 and managing rental properties since 2005.  Over the years they’ve taken some seriously distressed  properties (Adam has plenty of stories) and transformed them into beautiful homes for future buyers to truly enjoy.  Their two children have developed a similar interest in real estate and have enjoyed putting their own touch on recent remodeling projects.  Along with many other activities including church, school, sports, clubs and travel, real estate has become a great way for the family to work together toward a common goal and provide value to the community.
